Helpers upload a photo of their Malaysian IC (MyKad) and take a liveness selfie with a random gesture. Our AI verifies the IC is valid, matches the selfie to the IC photo, and confirms the gesture. Results in under 30 seconds.
All data is stored on Google Firebase with encryption. IC images are used only for verification and not stored long-term. Phone numbers are hidden in chat. We never sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
You can raise a dispute through the platform. No-shows result in warnings for helpers, and repeated offenses lead to suspension. We take reliability seriously.
Yes, workers with a valid PLKS (work permit) can register and get verified. Malaysian citizens and PR holders are also welcome.
